We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the OEUK Awards 2022 in the People and Culture category.

STC INSISO has been announced as an industry champion as the leading trade body for the UK’s integrating offshore energies industry revealed its shortlist for this year’s prestigious OEUK Awards, sponsored by Shell UK Limited. A total of 24 entrants have been shortlisted after an expert panel considered over 70 nominees for the eight award categories.

We have made it through to the finals after being nominated for the People and Culture category for our iCare offering. iCare is an engaging product that is used to instil effective equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) practices within organisations. Accredited by The Institute of Leadership & Management, iCare is rolled out in four stages and is comprised of practical tools, great communication devices and thought-provoking learning. The purpose of STC INSISO developing iCare was to address real cultural challenges within organisations by building opportunities that are inclusive to ensure that ED&I are natural considerations in any action or decision to achieve better outcomes for all.

The annual OEUK Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses and individuals across the sector and will take place on Thursday 8th of December at P&J Live in Aberdeen.
