Role 1: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Coordinator role, preferably in the digital product space.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as CMS, CRM, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Role 2: Learning & Development Delivery Lead
Are you passionate about learning and development? Do you have experience designing and delivering training programs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! STC INSISO is seeking a Learning & Development Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop L&D programs and services, including presentations and supporting materials.
- Work closely with the L&D and Design Teams to ensure high-quality output of all materials and content.
- Manage customer accounts and program resourcing.
- Establish and develop internal L&D support and best practices for STC INSISO team members.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum CIPD level 3 Qualification and 3 years L&D experience.
- Strong interpersonal, management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build positive working relationships.
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland. Some travel from the home office may be required.
